You can book in for your Discovery Flight on any day of the week - weather permitting.
You'll fly with an experienced instructor who will first show you how to fly, so you can then have a turn at flying.
After the flight you'll have a friendly Q & A session to discuss the experience and to have your questions answered.
There's a lot to consider but during or after the session you'll decide fairly quickly if it's something you'd like to pursue as a career.
The costs associated with becoming a commercial pilot will be given to you.
You can take your flying lessons as often as you like or can afford. It's completely up to you how fast you want to gain your Commercial Pilot Licence.
Terms and Conditions
Where you fly on the day is dependent on weather, airspace, training considerations and ATC requirements - it is not a scenic flight.
If the weather is not going to be suitable, we will contact you to reschedule your flight.
We reserve the right to cancel the flight due to drug or alcohol intoxication.
A late arrival may shorten your flying experience.
Allow 2 hours for your Discovery Flight experience.
This includes the safety briefing before the flight, a photo taking opportunity, the flight, and giving you a Certificate with details of your flight that can be entered as a first entry in your pilot log book.
After the flight we're happy to have a chat with you to answer any questions you may have with regards to a career as a Commercial Pilot, so that you can make an informed choice about pursuing that as a career.
You will be briefed about the steps in becoming a commercial pilot, the pathway, costs and what's involved.
